Videos produced by Casa Motion are marketing material meant to present a property attractively across social media and listings. They are not a substitute for an in-person visit, a professional inspection, or any other property-verification process.

Property representation

Each reel is created from the photographs you share with us. The movement we add stays subtle and is limited to geometry visible in the original image; we don't produce scenes that warp the property or materially misrepresent it relative to the photos provided. Even so, any video is a visual interpretation and may differ from the experience of visiting the property in person.

Accuracy of source material

We don't independently verify the accuracy of the photos, listing link, or details you provide. You are responsible for the material you share being accurate, and for having permission to use it.
