What we collect

When you request a preview, the form collects your name and email address, plus any listing link and property details you choose to share. If you later share additional photos or information to produce your reel, we receive it by email or another channel we agree on.

We also automatically store a language preference (English or Spanish) in a first-party cookie (cm_language) so the site loads in the right language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics tools on this site.

How it is used

We use your information to review your property, prepare your requested preview, communicate with you about your inquiry, produce any work you approve, and manage the resulting business relationship (including billing and support). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Your request is stored securely in Supabase, the database provider we use as a data processor. Only the Casa Motion team can access this information, and only for the purposes described here.

How long we keep it

We retain your inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, complete any project, and satisfy reasonable legal or accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as Supabase for storage and Vercel for site hosting), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. None of these providers is permitted to use your data for its own purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information at any time by replying to any Casa Motion communication. We will act on your request within a reasonable time, unless we must retain certain information for legal or contractual reasons.

Children's privacy

Casa Motion is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The last-updated date above reflects the version currently in effect.
