The preview is free

We don't charge anything to prepare your four-second watermarked preview. There's no payment to refund at this stage, and no obligation to buy.

Before production begins

If you choose a package but decide to cancel before we begin producing the remaining scenes, we refund the payment in full.

Once production begins

Each reel is produced specifically for your property. Once production of the full reel has begun, payments are no longer fully refundable, since they reflect time and resources already committed to your order; we may offer a partial refund for the portion of work not yet performed if you cancel at that point.

Delivered work

Once the final video has been delivered and the order is complete, refunds are not issued. We do include reasonable revisions within the original scope of your order, as described in our terms of service, at no extra cost.

If something goes wrong on our end

If we fail to deliver the work as described, or there's a production error on our part, reach out and we'll fix it or refund the affected portion of your payment.
