Terms of service
The clear rules of our work.
Last updated: September 9, 2026.
Acceptance
By using this site or requesting a preview, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit a request.
Our service
Casa Motion produces vertical cinematic property films from your existing listing photography. We don't visit the property; the work is created entirely from material you share.
We first prepare a four-second watermarked preview, at no cost and with no purchase commitment. Only if you choose to move forward do we produce the full reel for the package you select.
Content you provide
By submitting photos or a listing link, you confirm you have the right and permission to use that material, and that it reasonably represents the property. You must not submit images that infringe on someone else's rights, are misleading, or that you're not authorized to use.
Packages, pricing and payment
Published prices are in USD and apply per property; they may change at any time for future requests. Payment terms for your order are confirmed with you before full-reel production begins. Portfolio release (which unlocks the discounted price) is optional and confirmed separately.
Delivery and revisions
Each package is delivered as a social-ready 9:16 vertical video, once we produce the remaining scenes from your approved photos. Reasonable revisions within the original scope of your order are included; changes that expand that scope may carry an additional cost, which we'll communicate before doing the work.
Ownership and license
You retain full use of the final video we deliver. We use the photos you share only to produce the work you requested. We don't feature your project in our portfolio or marketing unless you've given the portfolio release described under Packages.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Motion's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or opportunities.
See also our disclaimer for how property representation and this content should be used.
Termination
We may decline or cancel a request — for example, when submitted content is inappropriate, misleading, or infringes on someone else's rights. If we cancel a paid order before production is complete, we refund the portion of work not yet performed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date above reflects the version currently in effect.
